Natural dyes based on chlorophylls and chlorophyllins

We bring to your attention a green dye that belongs to the group of chlorophylls, namely, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.

The dye has a dark green color, and it is obtained by extraction from the green mass of plants (for example, alfalfa, nettle, spinach).

It has excellent resistance to light and heat and low resistance to acids.

The company's range of dyes includes:

- acid-resistant forms;

- liquids;

- powders;

- water-soluble and fat-dispersed forms.

In our company, the E141 dye is presented as a monocolor of the AQUANATE Chlorophyll trademark, and is also part of mixed dyes under the MIKHROMOVY trademark.

Monocolor AQUANATE Chlorophyll article 0227

This form of chlorophyll is acid-resistant and behaves perfectly in such products as soft and alcoholic beverages, jams and confections, marmalade, yogurt and even in hard cheeses.

The dye is evenly distributed in the products and gives an excellent, bright color of a green apple, even in a small dosage. Chlorophyll is part of our mixed dyes, which also contain safflower. In the video, we will consider the MIKHROM Green 0064B and the MIKHROM Green 0031B.

Chlorophyll by its nature is a fat-soluble pigment, thanks to this we can use it in water and fat products. Copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins are universal dyes that can be used in any products, the main thing is to choose the right shape, which we will try to help you with!
