The seminar "Trends, novelties and solutions in the confectionery and bakery industry" was held online on September 29, 2020. The speaker of the seminar was the head of the laboratory of application Belousova Natalia Alekseevna.
During the seminar, we discussed global trends in the confectionery industry, new lines of powder dyes, the advantages of using high-intensity color color and much more.
Most of the time was devoted to the main topic, during the presentation they touched on the shift of accents, naturalness, functionality, hybrid desserts and even multisensory sensations that are on a par with nutritional value.
The presentation about achieving the attractiveness of the product due to color in flour and confectionery products was especially liked by sophisticated viewers!
